Who We Are

RealEyes is the brainchild of sustainability experts John Harrington and Daragh Anglim. We believe that business; society and the environment are never mutually exclusive.

We’re thankful that we can make our living by guiding other businesses to harness the benefits of sustainability. We know that everybody has some understanding of how it works, but at the same time not every key stakeholder knows or believes just how deeply it can benefit their organisation. Every business generation has its key moment. Right now, in Ireland, this is ours. Do we continue with business as usual? We don’t think it’s possible. We’d prefer to look to new, deeper understandings, knowing that sustainability can work to everyone’s benefit. Talk to us today and let’s begin to explore what it means for your organisation.

Our core beliefs:
Sustainability is the biggest business opportunity of the 21st century
Most company’s are realising only a fraction of the value from sustainability
It isn’t a trend, it is here to stay
Business is the only vehicle that can move society in the right direction
Genuine profit opportunities are endless for those who take the lead
Benefits begin with a clear understanding of the challenge
Clients must take the sustainability journey at their own pace
Too much jargon surrounds brilliantly simple concepts
By doing nothing you do not risk being left behind: you guarantee it
Doing less of the wrong thing is no longer enough, companies need to commit to what’s right

For us:
Sustainability equals innovation
Sustainability is synonymous with leadership
Sustainability is a process not an initiative
Sustainability is about thinking differently
Sustainability gives you demonstrable competitive advantage
Sustainable company’s are: More innovative, more profitable, better run, more cost efficient, have more productive employees, attract and retain top talent, engage their supply chain and are prepared to question business as usual
