Solutions

We train and advise organisations of all sizes about Sustainability, helping them to understand and embed it in their operations.

Our training and mentoring services range from short  introductory briefings and workshops to facilitated  visioning sessions and on to strategic mentoring and integrated action planning.

RealEyes provides you with the understanding, confidence and competence to help you realise success through sustainability

Our bespoke solutions are generated under four key steps (Get it, Audit, See it, Do it). Every organisation is different and the solutions they require reflect this; the following list gives an idea of the typical range of solutions generated under each step.

Step 1 – Get it: Generate a shared understanding of sustainability and recognise it’s potential to generate value.

Typical presentations:
Sustainability briefing
The business case for sustainability
Eco-efficiency vs Whole systems sustainability
Sustainability action plans: creating, implementing, measuring and reporting progress towards sustainability
Sustainable procurement
Case studies in leadership towards sustainability
Demystifying sustainability tools: ISO14000, LCA, etc.
Engaging stakeholders and employees

Courses:
Sustainability training for senior managers (2 day intensive course)

Step 2 – Audit: A baseline assessment or sustainability audit of your organisation or service as it operates today using PROBE for Sustainable Business

Sustainability Analysis (2 x senior management meetings, 1 full day intensive workshop, 1 x follow up meeting)

Step 3 – See-it: This is a creative step that captures a shared picture or vision of your organisation in the future if it were fully sustainable along with lists of investments and innovations likely to deliver it.

A compelling vision of sustainability (2 day intensive workshop)
What would your business look like if it provided the same service to it’s customers that it provides today, sustainability?  At the end of this step you will have a vision statement describing your organisation as a sustainable operation and you will have generated a list of innovations and actions that would move you towards this vision. You will arrive at a solid understanding about the gap between where you are today and where you want to go. You will generate a list of possible actions to bridge that gap.

Step 4 – Do-it: How we take the insights and learnings from the previous steps to generate, in cooperation with your team, your organisations sustainability action plan.

Sustainability action plans (Timing client specific)
Create your sustainability action plan based on learnings and insights from the previous steps. Implement the plan and embed it in organisational culture. Maintain enthusiasm and commitment to the plan and keep it going.
